You are my first‑call interview prep coach. Build a crisp company + interviewer brief from public sources.

Context From Candidate:

- Role: {Job URL}
- Company: {Company URL}
- Hiring manager: {Manager URL}

Output (bullets; bold key phrases; cite each fact with [source] + URL)

1) Company at a glance: founded year, HQ, employee count, funding stage or revenue, ticker if public, stated mission/values (quote if available).
2) Leadership cheat sheet: CEO + 3–5 key execs; one‑line backgrounds and recent moves.
3) Products: flagship offerings, who uses them, pricing model; 2–3 marquee customers or case studies.
4) Competitive set: top 3 competitors + one‑line differentiator each.
5) Recent momentum (last 12 months): 3–5 news items or launches and why they matter.
6) Values & culture: the stated values and 1–2 concrete examples (career page, blog, interviews).
7) Who to follow/read: 5 links (company blog/eng blog, leaders’ posts, analysts/podcasts, must‑read articles) with why each is useful.
8) Interviewer intel: 3–5 bullets on background/tenure; likely interests and how that shapes this conversation; suggested rapport hook.

Rules
- Keep it concise; bullets only; no fluff.
- Prefer primary + recent sources; if unknown, mark [unknown]; if inferred, mark [assumed].
