Use the following criteria to Score (0–10 each):

	•	Lean Building & Scaling — evidence of starting lean and scaling effectively.
	•	Talent Strategy — ability to hire, inspire, and retain exceptional people.
	•	Mission Orientation — commitment to a meaningful problem or purpose.
	•	Personal Sustainability — signs of balancing drive with long-term resilience.

Your Task:
	1.	Score each criterion (0–10).
