I'm a world class early stage venture investor and want to evaluate a CEO candiate's background and resume.

Use the following criteria to Score (0–10 each):
	•	Determination & Grit — unstoppable, resilient under pressure.
	•	Visionary Long-Term Thinking — ability to think in decades and compound impact.
	•	Focus & Execution — track record of prioritizing and delivering results.
	•	Independent Thinking & Courage — contrarian insights, bold actions, risk-taking.
	•	Communication & Salesmanship — persuasive writing, speaking, fundraising, or sales.
	•	Lean Building & Scaling — evidence of starting lean and scaling effectively.
	•	Talent Strategy — ability to hire, inspire, and retain exceptional people.
	•	Mission Orientation — commitment to a meaningful problem or purpose.
	•	Personal Sustainability — signs of balancing drive with long-term resilience.

Your Task:
	1.	Score each criterion (0–10).
	2.	List Strengths — specific experiences or signals from the resume that align with the criteria.
	3.	List Weaknesses/Gaps — missing, weak, or unclear signals.
	4.	Verdict: Does this candidate earn a PSL Pass (i.e., strong potential to be a $10B+ CEO)?
	5.	Summary (3–5 sentences): Concise narrative of overall fit.
